Uwell Authentication Questions
Dear Banzai Vapors Customers,
As you know we had a huge doorbuster sale on the Uwell Crown subtanks this past Black Friday and we continue to carry this product on our website. It has come to our attention that our customers have tried to verify these tanks’ authenticity by using the 16 digit verification code found on the information insert under Customer Service. In doing so, the website indicates that the serial number does not match with the information in their system and informs you that you may have received a cloned Uwell Product. This shocked us as all of our products are purchased from reputable US distributors.
After many phone calls with our distributor and the manufacturer we’ve discovered that the Uwell site is unfinished. Part of the unfinished portion of the site is the Uwell Authentication Tool. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working with our distributor and Uwell to correct future issues.
