Shipping And Delivery
All orders placed before 7AM PST will ship same business day, with the exception of federal holidays, which will be shipped the following business day. Additionally, if any other unforeseen issues (weather, local post office delays, etc) occur, Banzai Vapors will ship out orders the following business day. Banzai Vapors will determine the carrier to be used at their sole discretion.
United States: Banzai Vapors ships via USPS to any of the 50 states comprising the United States of America, US territories and to US Military addresses (APO/FPO). We offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail.
Rest of world: Banzai Vapors ships to over 180 countries via USPS International First Class or International Priority Mail.
Shipping liability: Once your package leaves our facility you as the customer will assume all shipping risks and liabilities. USPS is our exclusive international shipping provider. Banzai Vapors is an e-liquid manufacturer and online retailer. All customs forms will be labeled as e-liquid and will include all items ordered. Banzai Vapors will not alter the custom forms or under declare values on any package. Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country.
Shipping options: Orders under 1lb. can be shipped either First Class (3-5 business days) or Priority (1-3 business days). Please select which option you would like, while checking out. Please note that USPS has deemed any package over 1lb. or to an area that requires adult signatures for e-liquid, must be shipped out using USPS Priority Mail.
Taste is subjective and we do our best accurately describe the flavors we offer. However if you are not satisfied with the quality of our e-liquids, please reach out to us via email. Refunds are done on a case-by-case basis depending on the issue.
If your eliquid was purchased from a local shop, attempt to resolve the issue with the store. If you like, you can reach out to us directly:
1) Send us an email with what flavor you purchased, bottle size, nicotine strength, and the name of shop. Once we receive this information, we will provide you with an address to ship the item to.
2) We ask that you package the item securely to prevent breakage and include a copy of your receipt. (Please note that poorly packaged or damaged items may result in refusal of exchange or refund.)
3) Ship the item at your expense and your choice of carrier to the address with which you were provided when you notified us of the issue.
4) Once we receive the returned here at Banzai Vapors, we will promptly mail out a replacement item or issue gift card for the purchase price depending on the issue that is being handled.

*****Banzai Vapors strongly advises that if you find damage before opening your package, you should return it to the shipping carrier immediately and reject receipt of the package. This will clear you of any responsibility, however this can only be done with unopened packages.
